Fall training at the Loons training facility

 Fall training sessions at the MN Loons Lacrosse facility  have been scheduled for U10-U14 boys.  These will be great opportunities to get some awesome training with Loons staff at a good price.

Online registration will be available next week, however with the sessions starting already, we will have a $20 pay at the door option if you would like to attend just one session or specific sessions.   

If you choose the pay at the door option, you will need to download  and complete the attached liability waiver  and enter your childs USLacrosse number. Use the USLacrosse website link if you do not remember the number. 

The  schedule at the MN Loons training center in Roseville is below.

November: 6, 20, one more date TBD

Fall Girls Lacrosse Updates

MN Lax Academy fall training: Girls fall training options will be available at Mounds View HS for girls 3rd-12th grades on Sundays starting September 17th through October 22nd from 3:00– 4:30pm. Visit

MSLax Fall updates:  MSLax 18U Fall Ball, open to all girls grades 8-12, can register as an individual or as a team. Locations rotate between Orono, Armstrong Cooper and one other field.  $125 cost.  Visit to register.

12U girls volunteer at Feed My Starving Children

The 12U girls, along with girls from Centennial lacrosse, volunteered at Feed My Starving Children.  Mounds View Area players Anneka Dahlberg, Avery Sothern, Norah Sothern, Ashley Griffin, Ally Frantz, and Sara Sroga helped to pack up 111 boxes of meals.

MVA Lacrosse Board opportunities

The MVA lacrosse board is seeking applications for the paid field scheduler/facilities coordinator role.  The pay is $500 for the season, paid after the seasons close in August and duties are complete.  

The responsibilities would be to coordinate practice and game schedules at various fields for all teams for 2017 spring and summer.  If interested please contact the board.
